On MGO, company accounts and personal accounts owned by the same individual are not eligible for the 50% certification process. To proceed with certification, the full amount must be completed. The 50% certification payment option is exclusively available to individuals who hold only one personal account.

3. Payment Method Policy

All users with a deposit method cannot change their payment method until after receiving their account withdrawal certificate. This means if you are using cryptocurrencies as your deposit method, you cannot change it to bank transfers until after the certificate process has been completed.

5. Account Closure Policy

All dormant accounts that require an upgrade must be upgraded within a period of 5 days. If no upgrade is completed within this specified period, we reserve the right to close the account. Any funds previously deposited into the account will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy. Please take prompt action to avoid any disruption to your account access and services.
